  • How do I know my order went through? Once your payment is complete, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email containing your order number and summary details.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

    • Standard Shipping Time: 4–10 business days (depending on your destination).

  • How can I track my shipment? As soon as your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • How do I start a return? To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@dresxi.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
  • When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
